Program Aim & Context

This tailored Alfa Laval program aims to develop and enhance skills, confidence & competence in Negotiation & Conflict Management. It features a combination of on-line content, instructor-lead group training sessions that include negotiation simulations & debriefs, and micro-skills training that will enable participants to learn how to operationalize theoretical frameworks and translate them into improved negotiation outcomes. One important move, paramount to real-life success, is the application of new learnings in live situations.
